When you sign up for a Visas.AI plan, you receive immediate access to our digital platform, tools, and resources. Subscription charges are processed in advance, either monthly or annually depending on your selected plan. These payments cover access to all software features during your active billing period.
No Refunds
Due to the nature of digital software products and immediate service access upon payment, all subscription fees are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:
•Change of mind after purchase
•Lack of usage during the billing period
•Forgetting to cancel before renewal
•Duplicate subscriptions under the same user or account
•Issues unrelated to the functionality or availability of the software
•Misunderstandings about features or capabilities (we offer support for clarification before subscribing)
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, your access will continue through the end of your current billing period. We do not offer partial or prorated refunds for early termination.
Disputes and Chargebacks
Disputing a valid charge with your bank or credit card provider without first contacting our support team is a direct violation of this policy. In the event of a chargeback, Visas.AI reserves the right to:
•Present usage logs, IP addresses, communication records, and delivery confirmations to the payment processor
•Disable your account and access to the platform
•Pursue recovery of disputed amounts through collections or legal means
Our billing records and logs generally provide sufficient evidence to resolve chargebacks in our favor.
Technical Issues
If you experience a technical problem that materially prevents you from accessing the service, you must notify us within 7 calendar days. Our team will attempt to resolve the issue promptly. Refunds will only be considered in rare cases where:
•No meaningful usage of the software occurred during the billing period
•We were unable to provide a functional solution within a reasonable timeframe
